Job summary

Red Robin in WA is seeking Hourly Shift Supervisors to manage day-to-day restaurant operations during mid and closing shifts under the supervision of exempt management. As a member of the leadership team, you will uphold BURGER values, supervise team members, ensure guest satisfaction, and help drive sales and profitability.

Responsibilities include maintaining food quality, cleanliness, and safety, and assisting with training and cash handling while working a flexible schedule that may include

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum 6 months full-service restaurant experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation required.

• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations during scheduled mid and closing shifts.
• Supervise Team Members and maintain guest satisfaction and safety standards.
