The role requires strong cash handling and supervisory experience, with the ability to engage with travelers and coworkers in a friendly, energetic manner. Flexible schedules and a fast-paced environment are typical.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Consistently provide friendly customer service and resolve complaints.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures/checklists.
• Operate POS system, process payments, and follow cash handling policies.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services and support training of new team members.
