Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services seeks a Shift Supervisor to lead on-shift teams, ensure exceptional customer service, and uphold brand standards and food-safety guidelines across Travel Plaza locations. You will train new hires and monitor cash-handling compliance to protect customers and the business.

The role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 40 pounds, and a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Provide friendly customer service and resolve customer complaints.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures/checklists per policies.
