Job summary

Red Robin is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Redondo Beach, CA to manage daily restaurant operations during mid and closing shifts under exempt management. You will train team members, uphold brand standards, and focus on guest satisfaction while contributing to profitability.

The role requires 1 year of full-service experience (preferred), strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Minimum of 1 year full service restaurant experience preferred
• Record of maintaining high standards in restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction
• Business maturity and an ability to effectively supervise peers
• High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred
• Passion for the business and compassion for people
• Highly energetic, self-motivated, goal oriented and dependable
• Good oral and written communication skills, and outstanding leadership, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
• Basic personal computer literacy
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays
• Reliable transportation required
• Serv Safe Certification preferred
