Job summary

Red Robin is seeking a Shift Supervisor to help manage day-to-day restaurant operations during mid and closing shifts under exempt management. You will uphold brand standards, supervise peers, and ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining product quality and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum of 1 year full-service restaurant experience preferred.
• Record of maintaining high standards in restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Business maturity and an ability to effectively supervise peers.
• High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred.
• Passion for the business and compassion for people.
• Highly energetic, self-motivated, goal oriented and dependable.
• Good oral and written communication skills, and outstanding leadership, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Serv Safe Certified preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations during mid and closing shifts under exempt management.
• As part of the leadership team, supervise peers and uphold brand standards.
• Ensure guest satisfaction, product quality, and restaurant cleanliness.
• Assist in staff training and development as needed.
• Contribute to profit maximization and cost controls when possible.
