Job summary

Red Robin is seeking a Shift Supervisor to help manage daily restaurant operations during mid and closing shifts under exempt management. You will uphold brand standards, resolve guest concerns, and support profitability while ensuring food quality and cleanliness.

This role offers on-the-job training, leadership growth opportunities, and potential to work in other certified hourly positions as needed. Applicants should maintain flexibility for opening, closing, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum of 1 year full service restaurant experience preferred.
• Maintain high standards in restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Business maturity and ability to supervise peers.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations during mid and closing shifts.
• Act as ambassador of Red Robin values and brand standards.
• Resolve guest issues and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain product quality and restaurant cleanliness.
• Coordinate with exempt management for training and leadership growth.
• Possess strong leadership to supervise peers.
• Perform other hourly roles as scheduled when needed.
