Job summary

Red Robin is hiring a Shift Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations during mid and closing shifts under exempt management. You will uphold brand standards, supervise staff, and ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining product quality and cleanliness.

The role offers on-the-job leadership training, opportunities for advancement, and potential to work in other hourly positions as needed. A strong candidate will bring restaurant experience and solid communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum of 1 year full service restaurant experience preferred.
• Record of maintaining high standards in restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Business maturity and an ability to effectively supervise peers.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations during scheduled mid and closing shifts under exempt management supervision.
• Serve as ambassador of Red Robin values and brand standards to ensure guest loyalty and profit maximization.
• Provide leadership, guest interaction, and conflict resolution as needed.
• Flexibly supervise peers and may work in other hourly roles based on restaurant need.
