Job summary

AES Restaurants is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee restaurant operations and guide team members during assigned shifts, ensuring top-notch service and guest satisfaction.

You will have full accountability for shift operations when management is not present, focusing on training, coaching, and maintaining cash/inventory controls.

Candidates should have ServSafe certification or be able to obtain it, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• ServSafe certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures.
• Ability to stand for 8–10 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to climb ladders for general maintenance.
• Ability to perform bending, squatting, twisting, pulling, and reaching.

Responsibilities

• Ensure team members provide outstanding service to satisfy guests.
• Assist management with training and coaching team members.
• Utilizes AES systems to run a great restaurant on all shifts.
• Implements restaurant controls, especially cash and inventory.
• Sets and meets restaurant goals for service, operations and financial results.
