Job summary

AES Restaurants is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring outstanding service and guest satisfaction during assigned shifts. You will supervise team members, coach staff, manage cash and inventory controls, and help management hit service and financial goals.

Must be able to stand for long hours, lift up to 50 lbs, and comply with safety and food-safety standards while maintaining a positive guest experience in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must have strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Experience coaching and training team members.
• Ability to manage cash handling and inventory controls.
• Knowledge of food safety and store operations.
