Job summary

AES Restaurant Group, LLC is seeking a Shift Manager to supervise restaurant operations and guide team members during shifts. You’ll be accountable for operations when management is not present, ensuring outstanding service and guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates excel in leadership, coaching, and customer service, with a focus on integrity, cost control, and delivering strong financial results. Must have valid driver’s license and be ServSafe certified or willing to obtain certification.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• ServSafe certified or able to obtain certification.
• Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures.
• Ability to stand for 8–10 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to climb ladders for general maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure team members provide outstanding service to satisfy guests.
• Assist management with training and coaching team members.
• Utilize AES systems to run the restaurant on all shifts.
• Implement restaurant controls, especially cash and inventory.
• Set and meet restaurant goals for service, operations and financial results.
