AES Restaurant Group, LLC is seeking a Shift Manager to uphold outstanding service and guest satisfaction by overseeing restaurant operations and guiding team members during assigned shifts. You will have full accountability for restaurant operations during shifts when management is not present.

• Implement restaurant controls, especially cash and inventory.
• Set and meet restaurant goals for service, operations and financial results.
