Job summary

AES Restaurants is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee restaurant operations and direct team members during shifts to ensure outstanding service and guest satisfaction.

You will have full accountability for restaurant operations when management is not present, while partnering with the General and Assistant Managers to hit service, operations and financial goals. ServSafe certification is required or obtainable.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• ServSafe certification or capable of obtaining certification.
• Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures.
• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Ability to climb ladders for general maintenance.
• Ability to perform bending, squatting, twisting, pulling, reaching.

Responsibilities

• Ensure team members provide outstanding service to satisfy guests.
• Assist management with training and coaching team members.
• Utilizes AES systems to run a great restaurant on all shifts.
• Implements restaurant controls, especially cash and inventory.
• Sets and meets restaurant goals for service, operations and financial results.
