Job summary

AES Restaurants is hiring a Shift Manager to oversee restaurant operations and guide team members during shifts, ensuring outstanding service and guest satisfaction. The role carries full accountability for operations when management is not present and requires strong leadership and adherence to food safety policies.

You will manage training, cash controls, inventory, and performance goals across fast-paced shifts, driving service quality and financial results while upholding safety standards

Qualifications

• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• ServSafe certification or able to obtain certification.
• Able to work in warm and cold temperatures.
• Able to stand 8–10 hours.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to climb ladders for maintenance.
• Able to perform bending, squatting, twisting, pulling, reaching.
