Job summary

AES Restaurants is seeking a Shift Manager to lead restaurant operations and guide the team during shifts. You will be responsible for delivering excellent guest service and maintaining smooth operations in the absence of management.

The ideal candidate will have leadership experience, a focus on quality and safety, and the ability to coach and develop team members in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant management or supervisory role preferred.
• ServSafe certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations and direction of team members during assigned shifts.
• Ensure outstanding service and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain full accountability for operations when management is not present.
• Monitor cash handling and inventory controls.
• Set and work to restaurant goals for service, operations and financial results.
