Job summary

AES Restaurant Group, LLC is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee restaurant operations across shifts when management is not present. You will ensure outstanding service and guest satisfaction, lead team members, and uphold food safety and cash controls.

The role requires leadership, coaching, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Must have reliable vehicle, ServSafe certification or willing to obtain, and the stamina to stand 8-10 hours; lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem solving.
• Ability to manage financial controls, including cash handling and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Utilize AES systems to run a restaurant on all shifts
