AES Restaurants is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee fast-paced restaurant operations, ensuring outstanding service and guest satisfaction during shifts. You will lead a team, coach staff, and uphold cash and inventory controls while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role emphasizes driving performance, coaching others, and achieving service and financial goals in a dynamic environment. A reliable vehicle, ServSafe certification, and the ability to handle physical tasks are required.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• ServSafe certification or able to obtain certification.
• Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures.
• Ability to stand for 8–10 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure outstanding service and guest satisfaction during shifts.
• Oversee restaurant operations when management is not present.
• Train and coach team members on procedures and policies.
• Utilize AES systems to run restaurant operations.
• Set and meet goals for service, operations and financial results.
