Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years restaurant experience, preferably in QSR or Fast Casual.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Ability to read and interpret safety policies and operating instructions.
• Able to prepare routine reports and communicate with customers.
• Strong math and numeric skills for cash handling and POS use.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily food preparation, cooking, plating, cashiering and guest relations while supervising others.
• Serves as back up to team members and covers breaks as needed.
• Ensures all food/beverages meet Yoshinoya specs and safety requirements.
• Trains staff and provides feedback and recognition.
• Conducts performance reviews and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Manages inventory and orders using FIFO; rotates stock.
• Oversees crew schedules and labor costs; travels to other stores as needed.
• Ensures cash handling procedures are followed.
• Keeps the restaurant clean and equipment functioning.
• Recruits and trains new crewmembers.
