Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen and front-of-house operations and supervise staff.
• Train crew, monitor activities, and provide feedback.
• Conduct performance reviews with the District Manager.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and FIFO rotation.
• Schedule labor and monitor labor costs as needed.
• Ensure cash handling procedures and safety policies are followed.
