Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead shifts, uphold brand standards, uphold food safety compliance, and ensure excellent customer service. You will supervise cash handling and train new team members across the plaza.

Responsibilities include opening/closing procedures, POS operation, and daily operations support. This role offers flexible schedules and competitive benefits through our corporate program.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.

Responsabilités

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Provide friendly customer service and resolve customer complaints.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures/checklists per policy.
• Operate POS system, process payments, and follow cash handling policies.
• Ensure proper food handling procedures and stock, label, date, store, and check temperatures.
• Perform kitchen tasks such as prep, cooking, packaging, and cleaning.
• Stock and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Cross-sell and up-sell products.
• Maintain product knowledge and assist in training new team members.
• Follow brand standards, food safety requirements, and company policies.
