Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead shifts, ensure excellent customer service, and enforce cash handling and food safety standards across our plaza teams.

You will train new hires, monitor compliance, and help maintain smooth operations during opening, daily, and closing periods. Join a brand focused on speed, quality, and traveler satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Provide friendly customer service and resolve customer complaints.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures/checklists.
• Operate POS system and process payments.
• Ensure proper food handling and temperature checks.
• Perform kitchen tasks including prepping, thawing, cooking, packaging, and cleaning.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Actively cross-sell and up-sell products.
• Maintain knowledge of plaza products and services.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Follow brand standards and policies and procedures.
• Inform plaza leadership of observations or problems.
• Execute other tasks as assigned.
