Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is hiring a Shift Supervisor to lead shift teams, ensure exceptional customer service, and uphold brand standards and food safety.

You will train new team members, manage cash handling, operate the POS, perform opening and closing duties, and maintain product quality and workplace cleanliness.

This role requires flexible scheduling, ability to stand long hours, and strong communication with plaza leadership.

Qualifications

• Prior cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to interact with customers and coworkers in a friendly manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Provide friendly customer service and resolve complaints.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures.
• Operate POS system and process payments.
• Ensure proper food handling and safety procedures.
• Perform kitchen tasks and prep where needed.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstation.
• Cross-sell and up-sell products.
• Maintain knowledge of plaza products and services.
• Train new team members.
• Follow brand standards and policies.
• Inform leadership of observations or problems.
• Execute additional assigned tasks.
