Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead shifts, ensure top customer service, and enforce brand standards and food safety. The role includes training new team members, managing cash handling, and monitoring compliance with policies.

You will supervise daily operations, perform opening/closing tasks, and work with the POS system to process payments while maintaining product quality and safety standards across the plaza.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Provide friendly customer service and resolve complaints.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures/checklists.
• Operate POS system and handle cash following policies.
• Ensure proper food handling, dating, labeling, stocking, and temperature checks.
• Perform kitchen tasks such as prepping, cooking, packaging, and cleaning.
• Stock and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Cross-sell and up-sell products.
• Maintain knowledge of plaza products and services.
• Train new team members and enforce brand standards.
