Applegreen USA Welcome Centers is hiring a Shift Supervisor to lead frontline teams across locations. You will ensure exceptional customer service, supervise opening and closing procedures, and maintain brand standards and cash handling policies.

You will train new team members, monitor food safety, operate the POS, and help resolve customer issues. The role requires flexibility for days, nights, weekends and holidays, with opportunities for growth and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift activities and oversee team performance.
• Provide friendly, effective customer service and resolve complaints.
• Complete opening, daily, and closing procedures.
• Operate POS system and handle payments per policies.
• Ensure proper food handling, labeling, stocking, and temperature checks.
• Train new team members and enforce brand standards.
• Support leadership with observations and general tasks.
