Job summary

Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is hiring a Shift Supervisor to lead on-site teams across travel plazas. You will ensure top-notch customer service, train new team members, and uphold brand standards and food safety requirements.

Responsibilities include managing cash handling, opening/closing procedures, operating POS, stocking and labeling products, and cross-selling items while maintaining product knowledge and schedule flexibility.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Consistently provide friendly customer service by engaging with customers and resolving complaints.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures/checklists per company policies.
• Operate POS system, process payments, and follow cash handling policies.
• Ensure proper food handling procedures including labeling, dating, stocking and temperature checks.
• Train new team members and uphold brand standards and food safety requirements.
