Job summary

CVS Health in Henderson, NV is seeking a Shift Supervisor to join the store management team. You will lead staff in the manager’s absence and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed while delivering excellent customer service to CVS customers.

Responsibilities include supervising crew, merchandising, pricing, stocking shelves, and maintaining displays. Flexibility to work early mornings, overnights, and weekends is required.

• Strong communication and supervision abilities are essential.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early morning, overnight and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when manager is unavailable and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Supervise crew and coordinate activities with store management.
• Assist customers and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage displays.
• Reset departments following POGs.
