Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in delivering excellent customer service and smooth store operations. When managers are unavailable, you will lead the team, ensure opening/closing tasks are completed, and help maintain a positive shopping experience for customers.

This full-time role requires flexibility for early mornings, overnights, and weekends; you’ll supervise staff, handle customer inquiries, and manage stock, pricing, and displays across the

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when no manager or Operations Supervisor is onsite.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed.
• Supervise the store crew by directing and following up on activities.
• Communicate information effectively between store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays, manage signage and inventories.
• Reset departments following planograms (POGs).

Education

High School Diploma Or Equivalent Preferred But Not Required
