Job summary

CVS Health in North Las Vegas is seeking a dedicated Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team and ensure smooth daily operations, from opening to closing, while delivering excellent customer service.

You will lead the store crew, coordinate with management, handle customer questions, stock shelves, and ensure accurate pricing and displays. This full-time role includes a 40-hour week and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Retail supervision or store operations experience preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work early mornings, overnight and weekends.
• Proficient computer skills for store systems.

Responsibilities

• Support store management to drive store execution.

• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
