Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving store execution and customer service at CVS/pharmacy. When managers are not on site, the Shift Supervisor leads staff and ensures opening and closing procedures are completed.

This full-time role requires strong communication, supervision and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support store management in driving store execution and performance.
• Lead store staff when managers are unavailable and ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed.
• Supervise the crew through directing and follow-up of activities.
• Communicate effectively with management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions and complaints and promote customer service.
• Maintain confidentiality and merchandise presentations; stock shelves.
• Execute displays, signs and inventory per promotions and seasonal needs.
