PLS is hiring a Shift Supervisor at our Norwalk, CA location to lead daily store operations and deliver outstanding customer service. You will supervise team members, support the Assistant Store Manager, and ensure compliance with policies while meeting store objectives.

The role requires at least 1 year of management experience, strong communication skills, and flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. English fluency is required; bilingual is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 1 year of management experience in hospitality, financial services, retail or restaurant.
• Ability to engage with customers and develop positive relationships with internal and external customers.
• Strong desire to exceed corporate initiatives and inspire excellence in a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

• Maintain exemplary customer service and build relationships with customers.

• Coach CSRs and supervise team in the Store Manager's absence.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Assist with schedules, cash handling, and store audits.
