Job summary

PLS is seeking a Shift Supervisor at our New York City store to lead the day-to-day operations and ensure outstanding customer service. You will perform CSR duties and support the Store Manager while directing the team to meet store goals.

Strong management experience and English fluency are required; knowledge of Spanish is a plus. This full-time role is located at 365 7th Avenue, New York, NY 10001, with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of management experience in industries such as hospitality, financial services, retail and restaurant.
• Strong ability to engage with customers and build relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining exemplary customer service within the store and building relationships with customers.
• Establishing a strong customer service culture within the store.
• Supporting the Assistant Store Manager in implementing strategies to help meet store goals and objectives.
• Assisting the Assistant Store Manager with developing and motivating store team members to exceed customer expectations.
• Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Performing responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative and supervising the team in the absence of the Store Manager.
