PLS, a leading financial services retailer, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Norwalk, CA to lead customer service excellence and support the Store Manager in daily operations. You will supervise CSR activities, help recruit and develop staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of management experience in hospitality, financial services, retail or restaurant.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to develop positive relationships with customers.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; professional appearance and demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Maintain exemplary customer service and build relationships with customers.
• Assist Store Manager in implementing strategies to meet store goals.
• Recruit, develop, and motivate store team members who exceed expectations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Supervise CSR activities in the absence of the Store Manager and oversee cash handling.
• Analyze financial statements and trends to increase sales and market share.
• Market within the community and handle store audits and scheduling.
