Qualifications

• Minimum one year of management experience in hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurant industries.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to deliver outstanding customer service and meet objectives.
• Support store manager in daily operations and scheduling.
• Coach CSRs to ensure compliant, high-quality transactions.
• Review policies and implement store procedures and training.
• Handle cash, perform audits, and assist with marketing efforts.
