Job summary

PLS is seeking a Shift Supervisor at our Evergreen Park, IL location to lead the store team and ensure outstanding customer service. You will support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in daily operations, drive store goals, and maintain a compliant, high-energy environment for customers and teammates.

Qualifications include at least one year of management experience in relevant industries, strong communication skills, and the ability to engage with customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of management experience in hospitality, financial services, retail or restaurant.
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to engage with customers and lead a team to exceed goals.

Responsibilities

• Maintain exemplary customer service and build relationships with customers.
• Establish a strong customer service culture in the store.
• Support the Assistant Store Manager to meet store goals and objectives.
• Motivate and develop store team members to exceed customer expectations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Oversee transactions, cash handling, and audits in the Store Manager's absence.
