Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the delivery of security services on a specific shift at an assigned customer site.

The role acts as a liaison between the site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security officers, providing coaching, recognition and discipline within approved guidelines to maintain quality service.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• HS diploma or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare reports and logs in neat handwriting.
• Must read and understand operating procedures and instructions.
• Background check and post-offer drug/alcohol test may be required.
• Intermediate computer skills to utilize technology at client sites.
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently.

Responsibilities
