Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to oversee security staff on a specific shift at an assigned site. You will coordinate with the site supervisor and Account Manager, providing coaching and ensuring quality service while maintaining safety and compliance.

The role requires strong communication, crisis-management capabilities, and the ability to prepare clear reports. A high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license are necessary.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to interact with all levels.
• Ability to prepare reports and logs neatly and understand procedures.
• Background check and pre-employment drug/alcohol test may be required; driving record check possible.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate delivery of quality services on a specific shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager, and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within empowerment range.
• Handle crises calmly and maintain customer service standards.
