Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to oversee quality service on a designated shift at a client site. You will supervise security officers, coordinate with site leadership, and ensure adherence to procedures.

The role emphasizes leadership, reporting, and customer service in a dynamic environment. Candidates must meet experience requirements and be able to walk and stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills; professional demeanor with all levels.
• Ability to prepare clear, neat reports and logs.
• Ability to read and understand operating procedures and instructions.
• Background check and post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test may be required.
• Ability to operate a vehicle safely with valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff on the assigned shift and coordinate activities with client staff.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition, and appropriate discipline within policy guidelines.
• Maintain logs and timely written reports as required by the client and company.
