Job summary

Allied Universal is currently seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer site. The Shift Supervisor will act as a liaison between the site supervisor, Account Manager and Field Operations Manager and security officers.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age and a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ security/military experience and ability to read and understand procedures.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Background check and drug/alcohol screening as a condition of employment.
• Valid driver's license with required driving record and insurance.
• Ability to prepare reports and logs neatly and legibly.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate quality services on a specific shift at a customer site.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Ops Manager and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range.
