Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to oversee a specific shift at an assigned customer site. The role includes supervising security staff, coordinating with site leadership, and ensuring quality service delivery.

Responsibilities include coaching officers, preparing clear reports, and handling crises while maintaining top-tier customer service. A high school diploma or equivalent (or 5 years verifiable experience) and valid driving privileges may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and have a high school diploma or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Must demonstrate effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare written reports/logs clearly and legibly.
• Willingness to undergo background check and drug/alcohol screening.
• Licensed driving with good driving record as required by state laws.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate delivery of quality services on a shift at an assigned customer site.
• Serve as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager, and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved empowerment range.
• Handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently; ensure exceptional customer service.
