Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to oversee a specific shift at a client site. The role involves supervising officers, coordinating service delivery, and acting as a liaison with the site supervisor and account management teams.

Applicants must be 18+, hold a high school diploma or equivalent (or 5 years verifiable experience), and demonstrate strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare written reports and logs.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License with driving experience and clean record.
• Background check and drug/alcohol test required.
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate delivery of security services on a shift.
• Liaise between site supervisor and Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment range.
• Prepare written reports and logs in neat, legible handwriting.
• Handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently at client sites.
