Allied Universal Services is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to oversee quality security services on a specific shift at an assigned customer site. The role reports to the site supervisor and coordinates with the Account Manager and Field Operations Manager while supervising security officers on duty.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or equivalent or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with all levels of personnel and the public.
• Ability to prepare clear written reports and logs.
• Ability to read and understand operating procedures and instructions.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local law.
• Driving position requires a valid license, clean driving record, and adequate insurance.
• Background check and drug/alcohol testing may be required after offer.
• Intermediate computer skills for client-site wireless technology.
• Ability to handle crises calmly and provide exceptional customer service.
