Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to oversee a specific shift at an assigned customer site. The supervisor will act as a liaison between site leadership, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager, and security officers to ensure service quality.

The role requires coordinating staff on shift, providing coaching and discipline within empowerment guidelines, and preparing clear reports. A focus on safety, customer service, and professionalism is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent or 5 years verifiable experience
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to prepare written reports and logs
• Able to read and understand operating procedures
• Licensing requirements per state/local laws may be required
• Valid Driver's License with driving experience and clean record
• Background check and post-offer drug/alcohol test may be required
• Intermediate computer skills to use wireless technology at client sites
• Ability to handle both crisis and routine situations professionally
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills

Responsibilities
