Job summary

Allied Universal® is hiring a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to oversee security staff and operations on a specific shift at an assigned customer. This role coordinates with site supervisors, account managers, and officers to ensure high-quality service and safety.

The Shift Supervisor will handle coaching, reporting, and incident response, requiring strong communication and crisis management skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years security supervisory and customer service experience.
• Able to walk 10 miles per shift.
• Comfortable working at heights and accessing tops of buildings; proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment range.
