Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to supervise and coordinate security services on a specific shift at an assigned customer site. You will act as a liaison between the site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security officers, providing coaching and discipline within approved empowerment ranges.

The role requires strong communication, crisis management, and report-writing skills, with a valid driver’s license and the ability to pass

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare written reports and logs.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Background check and drug/alcohol test required.
• Ability to work with client site staff and handle crises calmly.

Responsibilities
