Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to supervise and coordinate security services on a specific shift at an assigned customer site. The role acts as a liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager, and field operations, providing coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved guidelines.

The position requires security experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old
• High school diploma or equivalent or 5 years verifiable experience
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to prepare written reports and logs neatly
• Ability to read and understand operating procedures
• State/local licensing requirements may apply
• Valid driver’s license with auto insurance as required
• Background check and post-offer drug/alcohol test may be required
• Intermediate computer skills to use wireless technology at client sites
• Calmly handle crisis situations and provide exceptional customer service

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate security on a specific shift at an assigned site.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved guidelines on shift.
• Prepare and maintain reports and logs with accuracy.
• Respond to incidents and crises calmly and efficiently.
