McDonald’s Corporation seeks a Certified Swing Manager to lead shift operations and uphold brand standards across all service channels. You will supervise the crew, ensure safety, quality and cleanliness, and focus on delivering fast, friendly and accurate service to guests.

You will drive labor planning, cost controls, and coaching to build a positive team environment while addressing incidents and guest concerns with professionalism.

Responsabilités

• Oversees daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts with focus on quality, service and cleanliness.
• Directs crew, assigns positions, and manages floor operations to deliver fast, friendly service across drive-thru, counter, kiosk, mobile order and curbside.
• Ensures food safety and regulatory compliance; enforces proper handwashing, time/temperature controls, equipment maintenance and cleanliness.
• Manages labor deployment and controls costs; monitors waste and protects assets through cash-handling procedures.
• Trains and coaches crew members, provides real-time feedback, recognizes performance and addresses gaps.
• Communicates shift performance, staffing needs and equipment issues to the General Manager; documents incidents and resolves guest concerns.
• Balances people, performance and procedures to consistently deliver safe food, great service and a welcoming restaurant environment.
