Job summary

McDonald’s is seeking a Certified Swing Manager to lead the shift team and oversee daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts. You will ensure safe, efficient service and adherence to brand standards across drive-thru, front counter, kiosk, mobile order, and curbside.

You will monitor service speed, order accuracy, food quality, and hospitality; enforce food safety procedures; manage labor deployment and costs; and coach crew members to uphold quality, teamwork, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications
