Job summary

The role leads the shift team, directs crew, assigns positions, and maintains focus on quality, service and cleanliness, while managing labor and costs and coaching staff for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership of a shift team and directing crew members.
• Enforces food safety procedures and cleanliness standards.
• Communicates with General Manager and leadership team regarding shift performance and issues.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts to ensure safety and brand alignment.
• Direct crew, assign positions, and manage floor operations to deliver fast, friendly service across all channels.
• Monitor service speed, order accuracy, food quality, and hospitality to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Lead training and coaching of crew on procedures, service behaviors, and brand standards.
