You will lead the shift team, direct crew, monitor speed of service, food quality, hospitality across drive-thru, front counter, kiosk, mobile orders, and curbside, and enforce food safety and labor controls.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts.
• Direct crew members and manage floor operations to ensure fast, friendly service.
• Monitor food quality, order accuracy, and hospitality across all channels.
• Enforce food safety procedures, proper handwashing, and time/temperature controls.
• Lead labor deployment to balance costs with sales volume.
• Train and coach crew members on procedures and brand standards.
• Communicate shift performance and staffing needs with the General Manager.
• Document incidents and resolve guest concerns professionally.
