Job summary

McDonald’s is seeking a Certified Swing Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations on assigned shifts, ensuring safety, efficiency, and adherence to brand standards focused on Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.

The role leads the shift team, assigns duties, monitors drive-thru, front counter, and other channels, enforces food safety, manages labor, trains crew, addresses guest concerns, and communicates with the General Manager to maintain excellent service.

• Provide real-time feedback, coach performance, and maintain a positive work environment.
• Communicate shift performance and issues with the General Manager.
