Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts.
• Lead shift team by directing crew members, assigning positions, and managing floor operations to ensure fast, friendly, and accurate service across all channels.
• Enforce food safety procedures, proper handwashing, time and temperature controls, equipment maintenance, and cleanliness standards.
• Manage labor deployment to support sales volume while controlling costs and protecting assets.
• Train and coach crew members on procedures, service behaviors, and brand standards; provide real-time feedback and recognition.
• Communicate effectively with the General Manager and leadership team regarding shift performance, staffing needs, and equipment issues.
